"I want to thank you for the fine job IGK
did in renovating our bathroom. Your workmen and craftsmen
were capable, conscientious, and courteous.
It was a pleasure to have them in my home. And IGK
including Lori, was always responsive and attentive
to our concerns.
We are very pleased with the result and look
forward to turning to IGK in the future when we need
your skills."

Hollywood, FL
One of the fastest growing areas in south florida is the town of Hollywood. The first thing that almost everyone does after closing on their house is to begin some form of home improvement. While some people go all out with building a new addition, or turning a carport into an extra bedroom, others limit their home renovation plans to remodeling their kitchens and bathrooms.
Mrs. Jacobson provides an example of how remodeling a bathroom can really modernize a house. She started with having us build a custom vanity to her exacting specifications. The high quality dark wood set off the elegance of the new tile floors and walls we installed for her. Next up was the installation of a more efficient water conserving toilet. Then we installed a new shower head and valve that would maintain the water pressure while reducing the gallons per hour flow rate, resulting in additional water conservation. Our finishing touch was the frameless shower door. This is especially key as it increases the resale value of the house through its greater longevity compared to the old "metal framed doors", as well as reducing the maintence needs.
Mrs. Jacobson demonstrated that it is possible to increase a home's value at the same time that you make it more energy efficient, conserve water, and reduce maintenence expenses.
