"I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience of choosing IGK for my Bathroom remodel.

I filled out an application from your website. Tony called and scheduled an estimate. I first met with Kipper who came to give us the estimate. Kipper arrived on time, was well prepared, and gave a thorough estimate. I interviewed a total of five contractors for this job. Kipper's bid was in the middle. Two estimate were higher $$$ and two were lower. Kipper said the job should take between 2 to 3 weeks to complete; as long as I had all materials on site.

The bathroom has been completed and here are the photos. It is just beautiful, and we love it!

Your whole team was great to work with. Lori always called ahead to let me know when someone was coming. All of your craftsmen were very good at their specialty. They were very helpful by offering suggestions and sharing what resources were available to make my bathroom more beautiful than I had imagined. The workers were very respectful of my home and kept the messes to a minimum. Most of them cleaned up after each day of working here. Michel, what a jewel! A few times during the process, I was a little freaked out, but Michel was able to fix any problems that came up. Kipper's business card said 'VP of Sales', however, he was much more than just a salesman. He was great too! He was always available to answer questions, kept me updated on the progress via email, and was on-site for much of the construction. The vanity cabinet that Kipper designed was fabulous! My family, friends and neighbors are all very envious.

Although the process too a little longer than I hoped for, the end result is wonderful."

Over the course of the construction process she took advantage of our experienced craftsman whom could offer home improvement suggestions on lighting, usability, and material choice. One suggestion was the bar style lighting hung over the custom vanity we built, augmented by the large side mirrors.

We then built a custom shower and installed a new bathtub. Finally, we completed the project by installing new tile, and a water conserving toilet.
